Caton practices in SBFC Law Group's Consumer Rights Law and Business Law Groups. As an expert in the FICO scoring model as well as the laws and regulations surrounding the consumer and business credit world, he advises business associations on minimizing their risk profile while maximizing their credit profile. In addition to Consumer Right's Law, Caton's practice includes Business Counseling & Planning, Business Litigation and Immigration Law with specific experience in Asylum/Refugee cases. Caton is admitted to practice in all state courts of Utah and the United States District Court for the District of Utah.

Jody Lee

Prior to joining SBFC Law Group, Jody worked in the mortgage industry for 15 years. Her extensive knowledge of credit reports and scoring models allows her to provide exceptional service to each client. Mike Melzer

Michael serves as Of Counsel to SBFC Law Group, PLLC. As legal counsel for several companies, Mike regularly counsels businesses in connection with licensing and compliance issues. He serves as outside counsel for emerging and established companies, advising them on general business matters, shareholder agreements, corporate governance issues, and employment and independent contractor agreements. Mike currently serves as in-house counsel for a national home security company and also counsels with SBFC Law Group's Business Law Group. Mike is admitted to practice in all state courts of Utah and the United States District Court for the District of Utah.
