Rick currently acts as office administrator as well as performing various paralegal tasks. Rick has ten years of experience consulting small and mid-sized businesses with a specific emphasis on personal and business credit since 2002. As an expert on the FICO scoring model, Rick has consulted for hundreds of business owners and their companies on how to improve their credit risk profiles.
Working with SBFC Law Group since 2007, Jody specializes in supporting SBFC Law Group's attorneys and their work within the Consumer Rights Practice Group. Prior to joining SBFC Law Group, Jody worked in the mortgage industry for 15 years. Her extensive knowledge of credit reports and scoring models allows her to provide exceptional service to each client. Jody manages other SBFC Law Group paralegals within the consumer rights legal group.
Michael serves as Of Counsel to SBFC Law Group, PLLC. As legal counsel for several companies, Mike regularly counsels businesses in connection with licensing and compliance issues. He serves as outside counsel for emerging and established companies, advising them on general business matters, shareholder agreements, corporate governance issues, and employment and independent contractor agreements. Mike currently serves as in-house counsel for a national home security company and also counsels with SBFC Law Group's Business Law Group. Mike is admitted to practice in all state courts of Utah and the United States District Court for the District of Utah.
